CELESTIAL ARIES (Air-ees, means Ram) is the eldest child of ASTERIA and EREBUS. Her mother, Asteria, spent a month weaving Aries' constellation. However, when she was born, Aries was immediately possessed by the dark wisps of Erebus' essence, which were intertwined with Chaos'. Thus, sharing his dark sentiments about the world. Aries also has an unhealthy attachment to the darker entity within her father.
It often manifests as her trying to please him, which gets in the way of her accomplishing her personal tasks. This "need" was amplified after her dark descent. When her constellation cut into the earth, Aries claimed Hawaii as her own and renamed it to the Isles of Aithne, with Aries as the ruler of that nation, and her subjects, the Aithneans/Ariesians, calling her "Lady Aries." As a war tyrant, Aries has a harsh will in preparing her subjects for war against her sister, Libra, and the nation of Aequalitas.
With influence over courage and natural leadership, her dark descent affected all Ariesians, those born under the sign, the most. Inheriting Aries' latent fighting ability yet gaining cold feet at the battlefront, and therefore, disconnecting their souls from courage itself. As a result, they lacked the ability to defend themselves and their homes.
PERSONALITY
Aries is brave, confident, passionate, emotional, impulsive, and short-tempered, all of which became amplified after her corruption. She dislikes being told what to do and she especially dislikes it when people tell her how to rule her nation. She is very territorial when it comes to her country and things she oversees and isn't afraid to put someone in their place if she thinks they're trying to usurp her command.
Because she's quite impulsive and relies more on actions than words, she doesn't get along well with her younger sister, Libra. Whenever she's upset about something, she spars with Ares.

CELESTIAL SCOPRIO (Skor-pee-oh, means Scorpion) is the only male child of ASTERIA and EREBUS. His mother, Asteria, spent a month weaving Scorpio's constellation. While he despises his mother, within his fallen state, Scorpio has a strong connection and desire to please his father, acting as his right-hand man. This ambition is further amplified during his descent into darkness.
After his constellation fell, Scorpio claimed the eastern regions of South America as his own. This region (Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, and half of Brazil and Argentina) were renamed to Nimhe, with Scorpio as its ruler, and his subjects, the Nimheans/Scorpions, calling him "Lord Scorpio." Scorpio is also a scientist, giving a double meaning to "subjects," which he frequently tests on to create the ultimate toxin.
Overseeing curiosity and determination, his dark descent affected every Scorpion, those born under the sign, the most. Where they inherited his espionage abilities, they lacked the determination to see things through. Furthermore, with their souls disconnected from innate curiosity, they remain in the dark, simply living their lives fueled by ignorance.
PERSONALITY
Scorpio is intelligent, secretive, meticulous, short-tempered, and erratic at times, all of which were amplified after his dark descent. He despises being told his experiments will result in nothing but failure... something his sister, Ophiuchus, frequently butts heads over with him about. In fact, Scorpio takes pride in his work, refusing to believe he wrong and that, those who write off his research and discoveries as "nothing," are sure to feel a scorpion's sting as a result.
Because he's resistant to change, Scorpio has a poor relationship with Ophiuchus, which isn't made better by her snarky criticisms over his scientific passions. Whenever he's bothered by something, he seeks solace with Taurus, who also provides the materials for his scientific research.
